Out Of Office
is a leaderships program spanning between 20 and 40 weeks depending on the client. Here we aim to increase awareness among the individual leaders with a focus on values and energies. This leads a manager who is authentic and has a solid self-awareness. .
Participants will typically spend 1-2 hours per week on the program as well as 2 sessions of 3 to 4 days at an out of office location.
The program has a focus on “leading by example", as well as creating an open, trustful, innovative and energetic working environment where well-being, brand and customers all stand in a strong natural focus and in balance.
The
Out of Office program is not only a one-off course but an anchoring and training program over a longer period. The journey becomes an integral part of the managers' daily lives and thus the benefits permeate holistically throughout the company

ACURMEN we offer an innovative development program for the company's recognized future management talent and existing middle management. The program is organized over 20 weeks and requires 1-2 hour per week plus 2 sessions of 3 to 4 days out of office.

We are all individuals and interact in different ways with people.
Coaching requires a relationship of absolute trust respecting the integrity of your people and, for this reason, we offer a selection of three experienced qualified coaches for each of your leadership and team members to select their personal coach from. They will be provided with a profiles of those coaches as well as their approach to coaching.
Part of this process involves a free 20 minute exploratory call between the proposed coaches and the coachee.

DIGITALIZATION OF TEAM AND BUSINESS
